However, in the unlikely event you would not be completely satisfied by our products or you accidentally ordered the wrong item? You don’t have to be worried. Our refund and return policy is carefully tailored to ensure your complete satisfaction and to build a mutual trust between us and our respected customers. Please see below:
- Try it First: All our products are guaranteed to be returned and refunded if you are not satisfied with the smell. Simply when receiving the bottle give it a whirl and if you don’t love it you can send it back for a refund.
- When a return is initiated, we will ask you to send the product our address, once the returned item is received and inspected the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- returns are done through Courier we don't accept direct returns.
- Once the refund is processed you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the refund.
- Money Back Guarantee, while we are happy to offer our guarantee to return your money back in case you are not satisfied with our products, unfortunately an amount of 05 $ AUD will be deducted as Administration fees.
- Products returned because of a manufacturing defect will be refunded in full without any deduction for delivery charges.
- You have up to 7 days to initiate the return and refund request of the purchased item, if you exceed this period, we will not be able to process your request.
- The refund time varies from bank to bank, but in general If you don’t receive your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be happy to investigate it for you.
- Exchange, unfortunately we do not accept exchange requests. Please return your item to us following the process above and we will process a refund in accordance to our refund and return policy.
- We reserve our right to reject returned items if we find that this policy is being unreasonably exploited.
