At Scent Shop, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

🚚 Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).


3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted delivery partners such as:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier services (depending on order size and location)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issues

Scent Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed

If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The courier may leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home
  • Scent Shop is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered

If you prefer signature on delivery, please request this at checkout (if available).


7. Shipping Restrictions (Important – Fragrance Products)

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

  • Some items may be classified as flammable or dangerous goods
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier regulations
  • Certain remote locations may have shipping limitations

We comply with all Australian shipping and safety regulations.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and your order number

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
